Canada is located in North America, known for 
its maple leaves. Being repeatedly selected as 
the world's most livable place, English and 
French are commonly used. As a multi-cultural
country, Canada is best known for its safety

Canada has a high quality education system 
which its academic qualifications are internationally

The four-year programs of Canadian 
universities enable students to attend 
either University Pathways or Community
College Courses equivalent to a two-year
university degree. Canada ranks among 
the best in the global education community.

According to the Organization for Economic
Co-operation and Development (OECD), 
Canada's per capita consumption in higher
education ranks among the top three in the 
world. Different provinces and territories 
have a different policy, but education is 
compulsory between 5 to 7 and 16 to 18. 
99% of adult are well-educated which make
it the most educated nation in the world.

Primary and Secondary Schools 
 

There are public and private schools in Canada,
where public schools are funded by the goverment,
with no boarding facilities, designed mainly for 
local students but can also admit overseas students.
Private schools are funded by private institutions,
with boarding facilities to recruit overseas students.
Canadian secondary schools enrolled students 
according to the applicant's school performance
in the past two years and the most recent year. 

Community College 
 

There are 39 universities in Australia, providing 
bachelor or postgraduate studies on campus 
(including certificate, postgraduate diploma, 
master's and doctoral programs).  

Student may take two yaers of university-approved
credits in a community college, and apply for 
the second year or third year of a Univeristy 
Program. Average students can complete the 
bachelor's program in two or three years after
completing the studies at a community college,
which is similar to the period of the direct entrance
into univeristy.  

University
 

There are about 90 universities in Canada, most 
of them are public universities offering four-year
Bachelor degree programs. Students in Hong Kong
can apply for admission to Canada upon completing
the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education 
(HKDSE). Some institutions accept Grade 11 
applicants for basic courses for a period of eight
to twelve months; 95% of students can join 
the first year of college and complete an honor 
degree in five years.
