Visa:  

Passport holders of HKSAR or BNO with at least 6
months of validity are required to apply for visas to
enter the U.S.A. In general, foreign citizens of the
U.S.A. must obtain a temporary stay of non-immigrant
visa or permanent resident immigrant visa.

Interesting facts:

Most service providers earn only a minium wage and
depends on tips as the major income, such as servers,
taxi drivers, hotel attendants and so on. In general,
15% of tippings is for lunch while 15-20% is for dinner.
